The Problem
Mio admins currently only have access to the past 7 days of usage data, limiting visibility to a narrow snapshot. This makes it difficult to identify trends, measure adoption over time, or build reliable reports, which often leads to manual requests to the Mio team.
The Solution
Admins can select custom date ranges (up to 6 months) to explore usage over time. The updated Activity Dashboard will present a focused set of key metrics, including active users, total messages, and synced channels by type, enabling clearer insights and self-service reporting.
