Mio's identity provisioning lags industry standards. Without custom attribute mapping or the ability to add prefixes/suffixes to secondary account display names, provisioning results can be unpredictable across diverse user directories.
The Solution
Mio is revamping User Sync with attribute mapping from source to target platform, making provisioning intentional and predictable. Admins will also be able to add prefixes or suffixes to secondary account display names to clearly denote Mio-provisioned accounts — aligning with identity leaders like Okta, Ping, OneLogin, and Active Directory.
