The Problem
Mio’s current knowledge base is not optimized for end-to-end, self-service deployments. Documentation is organized by platform and feature rather than by implementation flow, creating friction and uncertainty during setup. Currently, Mio relies on external tools to track and complete onboarding steps, increasing time-to-value and operational overhead.
The Solution
Mio will introduce a dedicated Setup tab within the Hub, providing a structured, step-by-step onboarding guide for platform configuration and app installation. This guided flow will be supported by embedded multimedia content and contextual instructions, enabling admins to complete deployments independently. Integrated troubleshooting resources will further reduce reliance on support channels, accelerating implementation and improving overall customer experience.
